Our mission is empower our youth with the knowledge, skills, and self-confidence needed to soar above and beyond expectations.

Our primary goals to:

1. Teach self/cultural awareness and self-management/growth-mindset skills.

2. Provide a variety of educational assistance that promotes completing high school and beyond

3. Provide social/emotional support imperative for setting and reaching attainable goals.

This is a school based program SDC sponsors. The primary focus is goal-setting, mindset shifts, and social emotional learning.
